PeaksFit ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by PeaksFit LLC, provides a fitness app with workout programming, exercise demo videos, and progress tracking (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account info: your email address and password when you create an account.
- Profile info: your name (if you provide it).
- Fitness data you enter: the weights and reps you log for exercises.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: a device identifier we use to manage how many devices your account is signed in on (a security feature), and basic app/usage data.
- Crash and diagnostic data: if the App crashes or hits an error, we collect technical diagnostic information (such as the error, device model, OS version, and app version) so we can fix problems. This does not include your fitness data.
Information from Mindbody
- If you have a membership or product with our studio through Mindbody, we check your membership status (matched by your email) to unlock the App. Your payments and membership are managed by Mindbody, not by us. See Mindbody's privacy policy for how they handle your information.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To provide the App's features (workouts, demo videos, weight/progress tracking).
- To verify your membership or subscription and unlock access.
- To keep your account secure (including limiting the number of signed-in devices).
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To find and fix crashes and bugs.
- To improve the App.
How your information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App:
- Supabase — hosts our database, accounts, and video storage (our backend).
- Mindbody — verifies your membership/subscription and processes payments.
- Apple / Google — distribute the App and process any in-store purchases.
- Expo — app build and delivery infrastructure.
- Sentry — crash and error reporting so we can fix bugs.
- Resend — delivers our account emails (such as password resets).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal information, except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
- Access or update: you can view and update your profile in the App.
- Delete your account: delete your account anytime in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your login, profile, saved weights and devices. You can also email staff@peaksfit.com and we'll delete your account and associated personal data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, or deletion). Contact us to exercise them.
How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your PeaksFit account and its data at any time, right from the app:
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. This permanently removes your login, profile, saved weights, and the list of devices you're signed in on. This cannot be undone.
You can also request deletion by emailing staff@peaksfit.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children's privacy
PeaksFit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
